Our business hours are Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm.
No Refunds
- No Refunds. Only store credit or exchanges.
- We accept returns or exchanges ONLY on items that were purchased in FULL price.
- Items bought on sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges or store credit.
- We only offer refunds if the wrong or damaged shoe was sent to you. If the wrong shoe was sent to you or it arrived damaged, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. We need your full name, order number, pictures to show damage or wrong item and packing slip.
- If you are unsure about sizing, please hit the "Chat with Us" button on the bottom right of our website. We can help with measurements.
Damaged Shoes
- We are NOT responsible for any damage that happens to the shoe once it has been worn.
- If an item arrives damaged or defective it MUST be reported to helpfridashoetique@yahoo.com (include photo of damaged item) within 5 days after delivery. Any damaged or defective items reported AFTER the 5 days will NOT be accepted.
Processing, Shipping & Returns
- Once order is placed, please allow 1-2 business day to process your order. After it has been processed, shipping can take 2-7 business days depending on the location it is being shipped to and the carrier.
- We DO NOT provide prepaid return labels.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note our business does not profit from shipping costs.
- We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Once a package has left our facility, USPS and UPS will hold all liability if a package is lost/stolen
- If you are concerned about your package being stolen please have it sent to an alternate location.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- For lost/stolen packages please file a claim with the shipping carrier, UPS or USPS.
Expedited Shipping
- If you need your shoes by a certain date, please message us before placing your order. We can help give you an estimated time of arrival and possibly send your order out faster.
- If you want expedited shipping, please message us and we will give you a new shipping rate.
