Request Return:
1. Log in to your account. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
4. Click the order that you want to submit the return for. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.
Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please read our policy below regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return & Exchange Window
14-Day Limit: Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of your delivery date.
FINAL SALE: Sale Items of 35% or more are Final Sale. No Exceptions.
Return Shipping Window: Once your return request is approved, we will email you a complimentary return shipping label. You then have 7 additional days to drop off the package with the shipping carrier.

Condition Requirements for Returns
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in clean, unworn, brand-new condition with all original packaging (including boxes, bags, and styrofoam). Please Note: Returns that are dirty, used, covered in pet hair, or are not the original item we sent will be denied. -
Inspection & Fraud Prevention
Surveillance Opening: To ensure fairness and avoid false claims, all return packages are opened and inspected under video surveillance.
Processing Time: It takes 2–3 business days for us to process and inspect your return after it arrives at our facility. -
Refunds & Processing
Approval Notification: Once your return passes inspection, you will receive an approval confirmation via email.
Refund Timeline: Please allow 2–5 business days for us to process your refund.
Bank Processing: The time it takes for the funds to appear back in your account depends entirely on your financial institution. -
Shipping Costs
Non-Refundable: Original shipping costs are 100% non-refundable, as these fees are paid directly to the shipping carrier to deliver your order.
Exchanges: We will cover the shipping cost for one (1) exchange. If a second exchange is requested for the same order, the customer is responsible for all subsequent shipping costs.
Damaged Shoes
- We are NOT responsible for any damage that happens to the shoe once it has been worn.
- If an item arrives damaged or defective it MUST be reported to helpfridashoetique@yahoo.com (include photo of damaged item) within 5 days after delivery. Any damaged or defective items reported AFTER the 5 days will not be accepted.
Processing, Shipping & Returns
- Once order is placed, please allow 1-2 business day to process your order. After it has been processed, shipping can take 2-7 business days depending on the location it is being shipped to and the carrier.
- Please ensure your delivery address is a secure location, we are not responsible for stolen packages. For lost packages please contact or visit your local shipping carrier. If they are unable to locate your package we will have to file a claim in order to issue a refund.
- If you are concerned about your package being stolen please have it sent to an alternate location.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Expedited Shipping
- If you need your shoes by a certain date, please message us before placing your order. We can help give you an estimated time of arrival and possibly send your order out faster.
